Just Lambda - Terms and Conditions
Please read the following terms and conditions carefully.
The ordering of goods from this website indicates that you are in agreement them.
You can order items displayed on this website by
(a) Telephoning us on the number shown on the Contact page.
(b) Posting the order to the address shown on the Contact page.
(c) By using the on-line shopping facility.
Once an order is placed using the on-line shopping facility you will receive an e-mail confirmation automatically. The fact that you have received an e-mail notification does not mean that we will be able to fulfill your order.
If for any reason we are not able to fulfill your order we will contact you at the earliest possible opportunity to advise you of this. At this point you have the right to change or cancel your order.
Our current prices are as displayed on the website and are quoted in UK Pounds.
UK delivery charges (First Class Post) are included in the total amount payable. Quotations will be given for additional carriage costs, for areas outside the UK, prior to dispatch.
You can pay for your goods by Paypal, Visa, MasterCard.
All Credit/Debit card transactions conducted over the internet are encrypted to minimise the risk of third party attack.
We will endeavor to dispatch your goods within 1-3 working days. Please allow 7 days from the date of order for your delivery. We will make every effort to deliver your goods within the time stated but we will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery.
If you do not receive your goods within 7 days please contact us by telephone or e-mail.
Return of Goods.
In the event that it is necessary to return the goods the following will apply.
You can return your goods in their original condition to Just Lambda within 14 days of receipt of goods. You will be responsible for the goods until they reach us. If you return goods to us in their original condition within 14 days we will refund you for the full amount paid for the goods only. You will be responsible for the original delivery to you and the return postage. If you return goods to us which are faulty or you have received by mistake or any other reason which is deemed to be our fault, we will refund all payments made by you including the return postage.
*Important* Owing to the nature of the parts we supply, we stress that they are not supplied as
"Test Units" Returns cannot be accepted if they have been fitted to a vehicle and are not faulty.
The warranty period on all goods will commence one week after dispatch by us.
Please contact Just Lambda by email, stating clearly the nature of your complaint. We will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within two working days. We would hope to resolve your complaint within five working days. If we find that you have a valid complaint we will endeavor to reach an amicable settlement. If we find that your complaint is not valid you will be contacted stating the reasons for our findings.
If you are still unhappy with the outcome at this stage you have the right to take your case to a suitable arbitration service.
This Web Site lists only vehicles officially imported or manufactured in the UK.
Whilst every care is taken in compiling these lists of applications, they are given for general guidance only, and they do not constitute any contractual term, representation or warranty and as such Just Lambda cannot accept any responsibility in respect of any claim whatsoever and howsoever caused arising from the publication of this site.
These terms are governed by the laws of England Wales and any disputes will be decided only by the courts of England Wales. We do not intend them to reduce any consumer rights, you may have under UK law.
